Directions for use

Dissolve 2 level scoops (approx. 6 g) once a day in a glass of still water (approx. 200 ml), stir well and drink.

Before or after meals makes no difference. If you are sensitive, it is best to take it after a meal.

Afterwards, keep a gap of at least 30 minutes to coffee, tea, milk, alcohol and medicines.
