Directions for use

Dissolve 2 level scoops (approx. 6 g) once a day in a glass of still water (approx. 200 ml), stir well and drink. Take with sufficient fluid.

Before or after meals makes no difference. If you are sensitive, it is best to take it after a meal.

Afterwards, keep a gap of at least 30 minutes to coffee, tea, milk, alcohol and medicines.

How do I take Ballaststoff Complex?
